PROBLEM OF HEAT INTRUSION

The common problem of heat intrusion into our living and occupational spaces is from the sun.

The space between the earth and sun is totally empty. As such, there can be no conductive heat transfer nor convective heat transfer because there is no MEDIUM for conductive or convective effect.

WHAT SOLVES THIS RADIATION PROBLEM

Insulation does not work to keep radiation out. it absorbs radiant heat and progressively will saturate with heat and it then re-radiates heat.

To keep out RADIANT HEAT,

we need a RADIANT HEAT BARRIER - our

QTE RADIANT HEAT SHIELD SYSTEM

HOW DOES THE HEAT TRAVEL FROM THE SUN

By Electromagnetic Waves from

700 nanometres (7000 Angstroms) to 1'000'000 nanometres

[1/10'000'000mm] = 1 Angstrom. These are known by the common term INFRARED RADIATION

The earth and structures, objects, etc. Absorb this heat energy and rise in temperature.

E.g. pavement, car body, etc. from morning till evening.

With respect to houses and other buildings, the roofs and walls absorb all this INFRARED RADIATION. The roofs absorb the most throughout the day and reach temperatures of up to 60 C.

HOW DOES QTE HEAT SHIELD WORK

QTE HEAT SHIELD works as a barrier in following manner:-

1.  It has a highly reflective surface and

therefore reflects away most of the IR

Electromagnetic waves.

2. As all bodies do absorb IR, whatever

that is not reflected away is absorbed.

3. The other property of QTE HEAT SHIELD

is that it does not emit any retained heat

from the non-exposed side.

WE ARE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE OUR QTE HEAT SHIELD PERFORMANCE AS COMPARED TO OTHER COMMONLY USED MATERIAL.
